Who would think you would find an Alabama BBQ joint in Bryan, Ohio?
Went here on the recommendation from a friend and was happy with the food I ordered and was able to try what my companions had. Service was fast, professional, and inviting. Food was delivered fresh and fast. Although small, dining room was clean and unique.
Use same rubs on pork, chicken, and ribs, you put on the sauce. Sides offered were potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw, and mac and cheese.
Would have been nice if they had chips or fries to add some crunch or grease. A beer would have been a great compliment.
